This program was created to give the public options when they are looking to start a new business but generally cannot retain an experienced business lawyer due to the cost.
Driving Under the Influence (“DUI”) - First Offense
For individuals who have been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol (or a combination of drugs or alcohol), where the individual has no prior convictions for DUI and no prior diversionary dispositions for a DUI charge (such as Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (“ARD”)) in any jurisdiction, and where there is no accident or bodily injury involved.
Driving without a License or with a Suspended License
This covers a matter where the lead charge is Driving without a License or Driving with a Suspended License and where there is no accident, bodily injury or property damage.
Does not apply to Commercial Driver's License.
Careless or Reckless Driving
This covers a matter where the lead charge is Careless or Reckless Driving and where there is no accident, bodily injury or property damage.
Does not apply to Commercial Driver's License.
Traffic Violation – Other Moving Violations
This covers matters other than Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, Driving without a License, or Driving with a Suspended License, and where there is no accident, bodily injury or property damage.
Does not apply to Commercial Driver's License.
