Protecting Our Children All-Day CLE Feb. 27

In the past few years, numerous high profile stories have arisen concerning allegations of sexual abuse of children within well-respected institutions and organizations.

The myriad of legal issues created by such allegations and the ways in which the system might need to change in the future to better protect our nation's children are the subject of a new two-part CLE seminar "Protecting Our Children - The Responsibility of Organizations, being offered Monday, Feb. 27 at The CLE Conference Center on the 10th floor of the Wanamaker Building, Market and Juniper streets.

The morning session, "Protecting Children from Abuse," begins at 8:30 a.m. The afternoon session, "Corporate and Nonprofit Management," features guest speaker Dr. Richard James Gelles of School of Social Policy & Practice, University of Pennsylvania.
