Lee, a prominent Philadelphia real estate attorney, died November 7.
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Lauren P. McKenna released the following tribute to Bernard Lee, a well-known Philadelphia real estate lawyer and member at Cozen O’Connor, who died on November 7.
“We were saddened to hear of the sudden and tragic passing of Bernard Lee, who had been a member of the Association since 1977,” McKenna said. “In addition to his role in prominent real estate development projects throughout the City, Bernard was an active member of our Business Law and Real Property Sections.
“Bernard was a former member of the Real Property Section’s Executive Board and the 2017 recipient of the Business Law Section’s Dennis H. Replansky Memorial Award, which recognizes superior legal talent, a reputation for mentoring young attorneys and significant contributions toward bettering our community. He will be missed by the many who knew him as a valued colleague, mentor and friend."
