The Center works closely with the legal, aging services, and public interest communities and acts as a resource to educate, to increase access to justice, and to help individuals navigate the legal and judicial systems more effectively. The Center is designed to address and respond to the needs of persons age 60 and over, along with self-represented litigants, affected by legal proceedings or in need of court information. The Elder Justice & Civil Resource Center can be reached via phone Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 3 PM. In-person appointments are suspended until further notice.
To provide assistance to self-represented litigants who need help navigating the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Civil Trial Division.
