Friday kicks off with a sponsor breakfast and brief welcome before the first of four sets of concurrent sessions begins at 9:45 a.m. With exciting, timely and contemporary educational topics, our attendees are sure to be engaged, enlightened and entertained. The Friday luncheon plenary featuring ethics credit for both lawyers and judges, Issues and Trends in Judicial Policy and Ethics 2022-2023, co-hosted by the First Judicial District, Professional Responsibility and Professional Guidance Committees is sure to pack the house, with confirmed panelists including a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice.

On Saturday, join your colleagues for 2 tracks of concurrent sessions boasting informative and practical topics on the latest issues affecting your practice. The conference concludes with a dynamic educational plenary addressing the Rule of Law/Security for Judges and Lawyers. Don't miss the Association's signature event of the fall season!

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Tara Phoenix at tphoenix@philabar.org or Ashley Khuu at akhuu@philabar.org. The amount refunded for cancellation is dependent upon the date the cancellation request is received. Cancellations received on or before Aug. 25; full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received Aug. 25 through Sept. 15; 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after Sept. 15 are 100% nonrefundable. Discounted rates are available at The Borgata.  A link to book your room will be emailed to you after your conference registration is received.  Deadline to register for the hotel is September 1.
