The Philadelphia Commerce Case Management Program is kicking off 2024 with an introduction to the new (to Commerce) judges, Supervising Judge Abbe F. Fletman and Judge James C. Crumlish, III, and an opportunity to hear from veteran Commerce Judge Paula A. Patrick.  In this CLE program, moderated by the Director of the Commerce Case Management Program, Susan Packer, the judges offer a report on the current state of Commerce Court, tips regarding court interaction moving forward, and directions as to how to volunteer to become a JPT.  Judges may also briefly address the following, as well as provide guidance on their practices and preferences:
