FEE SCHEDULE
Administrative fee (to be paid by each party, as defined in Rule A.5):
| Philadelphia Bar Association member: | $50.00 |
| Non-Philadelphia Bar Association member | $125.00 |
The administrative fee is charged to each party only once for each dispute, whether or not the dispute proceeds to arbitration.
- $125.00 per hour for each Mediator or Arbitrator for each hour of service performed under the program, but in no event less than $500.00 for each Mediator or Arbitrator for any hearing or mediation session.
- A fee of $250.00 (the "cancellation fee") shall be paid for each Mediator or Arbitrator in the event of cancellation or postponement without providing notice at least seven days before any scheduled mediation session or arbitration hearing. The Administrator shall have the discretion of allocating the cancellation fee among the parties.
