Mission Statement of the Intellectual Property Committee

To provide a forum that is open to all members of the Philadelphia Bar Assocation for the discussion of current issues in intellectual property law and how those issues will affect the practice of intellectual property as well as other legal practices.

To create a collective voice to propose and respond to proposed changes in rules and legislation affecting intellectual property law and its practice.

To support intellectual property attorneys in matters relating to intellectual property law and its practice.
