Membership in the Committee on Labor and Employment Law is open to all Members who are labor and/or employment law practitioners, whether they represent plaintiffs, defendants, management, unions, government agencies or individuals. The Committee is concerned with all phases of federal, state and local labor laws and agency practice and procedure. The committee organizes and sponsors discussions and seminars on topics of interest to its members and represents the Association where public comment or participation in labor or emplyment matters is appropriate.
