- Support meaningful Bar participation, retention, leadership development, and accessible engagement opportunities for division members.
- Advocate for increased diversity, equity, belonging, inclusion, and accessibility across backgrounds, identities, experiences, and perspectives within the Philadelphia legal and judicial community and beyond.
- Promote training, resources, and awareness-building initiatives that address professional development, advancement, leadership opportunities, and equitable access for division members.
- Partner with the Affinity Bar Association and Bar Association sections, divisions, and committees to ensure inclusive and accessible programming and leadership pathways.
- Promote and strengthen career networks and student pipelines that expand diversity, equity, belonging, inclusion, and accessibility in hiring across local institutions and organizations.
- Encourage members to participate in public service, pro bono work, and community-focused efforts within the legal profession and the broader community.
